Ordering and delivery
Where do you ship from?
From our overseas fulfilment warehouse. We do not hold any stock in New Zealand. Every order is sent by tracked international courier to your New Zealand address, and you import it for your own personal use. Read Important information for New Zealand customers.
Is it legal for me to order?
New Zealand allows adults to import tobacco-derived oral nicotine products for their own personal use, in reasonable quantities (as a guide, up to three months' supply). The pouches we list use nicotine derived from tobacco, not synthetic nicotine. It is your responsibility to make sure importing is permitted for you, and border agencies can inspect any international parcel.
How do I pay?
By New Zealand bank transfer. After you place your order you will get an email with the account details and your order number to use as the reference. We hold your order for 7 days; once your payment is confirmed we dispatch within 1–2 working days.
What happens if I don't pay within 7 days?
The order is cancelled automatically and the stock is released. You can simply place a new order.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 1–3 working days after dispatch, tracked to your door. Border inspection, public holidays and rural delivery can add time. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
Will I pay customs charges or GST on arrival?
Any duties, GST or fees a border agency assesses on arrival are the customer's responsibility. Most personal-use parcels arrive without additional charges, but we cannot guarantee that.
How many cans can I order?
An amount reasonable for your own personal use. Orders that look like bulk or resale quantities may be reduced, or cancelled and refunded.
Do I need to be 18 or older?
Yes. Nicotine pouches are strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We confirm age on the site and may ask for ID before dispatch or delivery.

What are nicotine pouches?
Small, pre-portioned pouches placed between the gum and upper lip. They contain nicotine and flavourings but no tobacco leaf, and there is nothing to light, so there is no smoke or vapour.
Is the nicotine synthetic?
No. The nicotine in the pouches we list is derived from the tobacco plant. The pouches contain no tobacco leaf.
How do I use a nicotine pouch?
Place a single pouch between your gum and upper lip for around 30 to 60 minutes. Do not chew or swallow it. Remove it when you are done and dispose of it responsibly. If you are new, start with a lower strength.
What strengths are available?
From Low through to Extra Strong, measured in milligrams of nicotine per pouch. Each product page shows the strength under Specifications.
How many pouches come in a can?
Most cans hold between 20 and 24 pouches depending on the brand. The exact count is on each product page.
Are nicotine pouches a stop-smoking product?
