Yes. Every pouch we sell is completely tobacco-free. They're made with nicotine and food-grade ingredients rather than tobacco leaf.

Place a single pouch between your gum and upper lip and leave it there for around 30 to 60 minutes. You don't chew or swallow it, and when you're done you simply remove and dispose of it responsibly. If you're new, start with a lower strength.
